Equine Assisted Learning 1 day Workshop
19th September 2020 @ 10:30 am - 4:30 pm
£85.00Our Equine Assisted Learning 1 day workshop will help you set goals and build confidence.
It is not necessary to have had experience with horses and there is no riding involved.
Do you feel you would like more confidence?
How about leadership skills and the ability to communicate more clearly?
Do you have the desire to unleash your full potential?
The equine facilitated learning 1-day workshop will give great insight into yourself.
In the video I mention March but the March workshop was postponed due to lockdown.
What will I learn?
The ability to recognise and control anxiety levels.
Setting up your own personal space and putting comfortable, safe boundaries in place.
Body language and reading others.
Becoming conscious of your breathing and how it affects your energy and emotions.
How to raise and lower your personal energy levels to communicate more fluently.
Learning to trust in your own abilities to overcome obstacles.
Achieve a greater sense of self awareness.
Teamwork.
Why Horses?
Horses are prey animals with highly tuned senses. Thus, they are able to assess and react to situations quickly.
Horses are incredibly sensitive to the feelings, emotions and intent of those around them. Therefore, they will mirror your feelings.
This enables you to see yourselves more clearly and promote change from within.
Horses communicate through body language and energy. Observing a herd can teach us a lot.
What do I Need to Bring?
Warm layers of clothing, sensible footwear and a waterproof in case of inclement weather.
Vegetarian lunch is provided and refreshments available throughout the day.
