New year resolutions for personal and professional goal setting.
Well the New Year is almost upon us.
Having reflected back over 2018 there certainly have been challenges so I decided to list achievements and I can honestly say there have been many, big and small. The good outweighed the bad.
Now is the time to set our goals for 2019.
To develop a tenacious mindset for happiness, good health and success.
It’s a good idea to write down your goals, the things you wish to change and the achievements you intend to have.
Take them 1 chunk at a time and as you achieve 1, tick it off your list. Then you could write down that achievement on a piece of paper, fold it up and pop it in a jar. This time next year you can empty the jar, look back over your year to celebrate each change you have made and each goal you have achieved.
You will be surprised at how quickly the jar fills up.

Remember, you will need to set firm goals, determination and a tenacious mindset to achieve your ambitions.
